Saving the American Dream: The U.S. Needs Commonsense Health Insurance Reforms
Obamacare’s radical changes to health insurance regulation were never necessary to address the remaining problems in the market. It is precisely Obamacare’s new health insurance regulations that threaten to destabilize the market and make the present situation much worse. Congress should reflect on how to reform health insurance without the individual mandate.
