꿈나래통장은 자녀를 양육하는 저소득 가구가 3~5년 동안 저축하면 본인 저축액의 1.5~2배 이상을 받을 수 있는 제도이다. 자녀의 교육자금 마련을 목적으로 하며, 3년 또는 5년 중 저축 기간을 선택하고 월 5~12만 원 중 저축금액을 결정해서 저축하면 된다.
신청 자격은 만 14세 이하인 자녀를 둔 만 18세 이상 부모(친권자)로, 공고일 현재 서울시에 거주하고 동일가구원의 소득 인정액이 기준 중위소득 80% 이하(단, 3자녀 이상 가구의 경우 90% 이하) 여야 한다.
희망두배청년통장과 꿈나래통장 두 사업 모두 제출서류 및 적합 여부를 심사한 후, 1차 심사 적합자를 대상으로 서울시 거주 기간, 가구 특성, 저축액 마련 및 사용계획 등을 심사해 고득점 순으로 최종 대상자를 선정한다.
이들 통장 사업은 오는 20일까지 신청이 가능하며, 주소지 주민센터에 직접 방문하거나 우편 또는 동 주민센터 담당자 이메일로 신청할 수 있다.
