Were dirty, who said they had not had adequate opportunities to take a bath. They were noticeably, had mucus stains, mud. Many of them were wearing the same clothes they had come in with 2, 3 and in one case, a month before. They were not sleeping well, they were not eating well, the same bland food day after day. The most worrying part was that little kids had no adult supervision, they were being cared for by the older kids who happened to be in the cell with them.
