Dec 22, 2020 The Burnettsville man who caused a Sept. 21, 2019 accident in Royal Center where his passenger’s leg was severed was found guilty of criminal recklessness, a Class B misdemeanor. Brady Riley, 20, was sentenced Thursday to 180 days in Cass County Jail by Cass Circuit Court Judge Stephen Kitts. Kitts found him guilty during a trial before the sentencing and also set Jan. 28 as a restitution hearing for Riley. Cass County Sheriff’s Deputies took Riley into custody after the sentencing. Passenger dies in Fulton Co crash Staff Reports Dec 11, 2020 ROCHESTER – At approximately 9:18 a.m. Friday, officers from the Indiana State Police and the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Old U.S. 31 and Fulton County Road 450 North, in which a Bourbon man died.
