Well, horror and heart break being felt in france and around the world this evening after what frances president is calling a terror attack in the french city resort of nice. The death toll currently stands at 80 and dozens of others are hurt, 18 in critical condition. French officials have now confirmed the truck driver did, in fact, open fire on that crowd. He also had explosives and grenades in his truck. At this hour, investigators are still working to identify that driver who was shot dead by police....
