Helping folks navigate the public assistance system. So its a great way to get sort of a peer to peer type employment client relationship which we think is really beneficial for our clients. Anyway, by extending from 6 months to a year it allows them to meet those minimum qualifications for many city jobs including clerks and eligibility positions and the like. So, mr. Rourke, what is on average the suction diper employee . We have been kind of an iterate process. Weve been adjusting it back and forth, but right now i believe its 5,000 and its spread over a number of months. Basically what were trying to do is sort of mitigate the r ifk to a private employer to taking on someone who they might feel has some barriers to work. We prescreen them, we train them, we actually help them get that job and we know theyre qualified but it allows folks to engage. The schools were selected when we submitted the grant in 2011. They were some of the ones that were recipients of the School Improvement grants and i dont know the full story behind these schools but i think the School Improvement grant and some of the most in need. So thats so there is seven in the district but we only picked four and as far as the Community Hubs and maybe kevin and or car lean can address. I appreciate the way the schools were picked. I im more interested in how the schools were picked and how that plays out in the community. I guess well have to stay and figure out. We are just starting implementation on july 1st. Im not quite sure how to answer that yet because i think we are still building what that could look like, but over the next 5 years, we really want to address all the schools in the ....

Brief update on where we are in implementation. We started back in january. Our organization was about 30 people, we are now upwards of 60. All to support the work that meta is doing, that Mission Promise neighborhood is doing. We spend a lot of time hiring, interviewing and compiling a great team that is working hard together. We have contract with our partners. We had a fantastic backpack give away at the high school with the mayors office. We had our launch where a lot of city leadership came out, leader pelosi came out and we had secretary donovan come out and we also had some leadership from doe come visit us. Our data team has been working hard on data discovery assessing the performance of or assessing Performance Measures for all our organizational partners and understanding how they collect data.
