Attendieses were city agencies, Community Based organization and the general public. There was a lengthy and detailed discussion about the recent golden guardian exercise in may. Several topics were covered and some conclusions made. A good number of disabled people participated in the exercise acting as shelter resident in the after math of a destructive disaster.
