Projects such as hayes valley playground and balboa park. For these projects, rec park has successfully encouraged charitable donations, Public Private partnerships and a variety of public and private grants. This legislation would strain the flexibility needed to accomplish these projects. We are currently working with a generous donor to explore redoing the playground in front of civic center.
