As of now, drivers seem to be getting through ok. Brian all right. We are getting answers now about the man shot and killed by Ashtabula County sheriffs deputies on tuesday. He had a gun. The sheriff says Michael Martin pulled the gun and refused to show his hands before deputies fired. He was shot three times. Investigators say martin robbed a teenaged girl at gunpoint earlier that morning. Several defendants in what police are calling an theft ring were arraigned in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court this morning. One of the defendants is being held on a Million Dollars bond.
