The shooting happened just at the restaurant was closing, around 10:45 p.m., according to Waltham Police. This certainly appears to be an isolated incident, said Waltham Det. Sgt Tim King. Waltham police are reviewing video surveillance of that night and other evidence from the shooting, but have not arrested anyone as of Thursday, he said.
