State of georgia where a grand jury has indicted primary former President Donald Trump to allegedly overturn the Election Results in 2020. The grand jury approved every indictment presented by Fulton CountyDistrict Attorney, fanny willis on monday. The former u. S. President has been charged with 13 counts in the indictment, including a Racketeering Charge, 18 others have also been charged under the states racketeering laws, for allegedly joining a the outcome in favor of donald trump. Crowded out by the court cases. that s right. how does your party deal with the potential gop presidential nominee, who has sh legal jeopardy and political baggage? well,ers the thing. i think a lot of the legal ramifications of this indictment , as well as others, are not going to be resolved until we are well into the campaign season next year. and arguably, some of it may not even be resolved before the november general election. so, the politics of this will still play out, i think, in a number of uncertain ways. but there is no question about having somebody who has been indicted as one thing. having somebody who has been potentially convicted of a crime, that is very much another. and i do think there was a danger if republicans nominate mr. trump again, that we end up coming up on october and november, in a situation where there are elements of the legal cases that are frankly outside of the control of the former ....
