Article content Parents and advocates both for and against having police liaison officers in schools are upset about the Vancouver School Board’s recent decision to discontinue the long-running program. The cancellation comes 10 months after students, families and community advocates began calling for an end to the program that places a Vancouver Police Department liaison officer in each of the district’s high schools.
