Visitation is 5-7:00 pm Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at Gramm Funeral Home in Ipswich, SD. Eugene was born on October 19, 1939 to Francis and Erna (Brick) Conn near Aberdeen, SD. He was raised on a farm and attended elementary country schools, Simmons Junior High, and Westport High School.
