Jun 9, 2021 Hemet Police arrested 37-year-old Shane Rayment on Tuesday afternoon for the kidnapping of his ex-girlfriend and the fatal shooting a man in North Hollywood. Hemet Police had stopped Rayment during a felony traffic stop and he was taken into custody without incident. The kidnapping victim was found "battered and bruised but alive".
