Downpours causing the concern of some flooding as well as some strong winds. High wind watch in effect. You can see where the heaviest rain is now moving closer to santa rosa and that will be tracking slowly to the south as we go through the rest of this mornings commute and this evenings commute looks very dangerous for the entire bay area.
