We did some work for the ucla civil rights project. they looked at suspensions for kids. 1 out of 4 african-american males will be suspended from school by the time he'ses in si grade, in high school. we've got to focus on this bias, maybe bringing the bias out of ourselves. i think we do have to also look at this economic question because if you look, particularly a lot of white males who are, you know, struggling economic position, stagnating wages for 30 years, which is causing i think a lot of this less than generous behavior that we're seeing on the internet and some other places. >> that...
