In the last 24 hours, 27 patients died from Covid-19 complications. Since the beginning of the pandemic, the number of fatalities is now 16,800, show the data from the Single Information Portal. The newly infected were 545 after 5,733 tests. Nearly 10% of the tests are positive. The active cases as of May 7 were 46,083. There are 6,138 patients in hospitals.
