Two people have been arrested in Horwich with a number of drugs seized. One female, 35, and a male, 27, were arrested by Bolton West Neighbourhood Team officers this morning after executing a drugs warrant at an address in Singleton Avenue, Horwich. According to fire officials, 18 units of a townhouse complex on Singleton Avenue near Bradley Avenue were either evacuated or confirmed empty.
