Concerns raised over seven flats approved in Horwich
Plans to ‘rejuvenate’ a vacant building in Horwich into seven apartments has been approved by the council. The site was previously used as a ‘light industrial fridge business’, but has been sat vacant for over 20 months, with these plans looking to convert the building into seven, one bedroom apartments.
