The Arlington County Board last weekend approved a Site Plan Amendment for Commonwealth Tower, at 1300 Wilson Blvd, that will allow the building’s street-level restaurant space to instead be used as an office or a “retail-equivalent use,” like a doctor’s office. To: Longboat Key Commissioner BJ Bishop There have recently been several complaints from residents about the lack of precautions at the Key Club properties. I did follow up earlier today with Rick Konsavage, the Managing Director of the Key Club to discuss some of the concerns. He said he is aware of the Town’s mask ordinance and social distancing requirements. He said he has the mandatory mask notice posted at all Club facilities.
