Arts studio 10 years in the same location 5 hundred square feet and were i believe nc one i employ 6 people c mc certified moonl therapist i was told by the Planning Department now the power has been handed to the city my business is not zoned to provide services we can offer skin care and hair not massage thats 50 percent of my staffs income were told to go through a conditional use process if we only offer skin care dont have to go through the process but if we have offered a service weve offered legally for years we have to go to the conditional use were against Human Trafficking to traffic...
