Stamford, CT – Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits, a leading importer and marketer of award-winning wines and spirits from around the world, announced today that they have sold three wine brands from their portfolio to Total Beverage Solution, a full service national importer and supplier of premium award-winning niche beer, wine, and spirits. Eppa Sangria, Skyfall Vineyards and Ruta 22 are the brands included in the deal. Total Beverage Solution will acquire 100% of these brands and WarRoom Cellars, an emerging high growth wine producer, will manage production and brand positioning. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. “We are constantly evaluating our portfolio through the lens of our new 5-year strategy.
