Reporter rainy says smith and six other bart officers with the sheriffs deputy went to the dublin apartment on a probation search to recover a laptop andthandth other property that 20yearold John Henry Lee stole during a bart station robbery last week. Police arrested lee last thursday after chasing the suspect who they say was driving a car that had been reported stolen from another bart station.
