It happened again on Monday. The Ohio Lottery Commission said Tuesday that a $219,000 jackpot winning Rolling Cash 5 ticket was sold there. The Rolling Cash 5 drawings are held seven days a week at 7:05 p.m. The numbers are displayed on local TV and online. Store owner Mike Patel said he believes one of his regular customers bought the ticket but lottery officials said the winner has not come forward yet.
