Ferris Bueller, the group’s musical ambitions started to take shape with their debut album Solid Pleasure and its third single “Bostich.” The 1981 single sought out a new approach to electronic music with its pulsating synthesizer, disco beat, and Meier’s rapid-fire, rap-like vocal delivery.
