Ride of Silence personal for some cyclists who have had friends or loved ones hit by cars
The International Ride of Silence, in its 20th year, commemorates cyclists killed and injured by motorists and helps raise awareness about sharing the road and distracted driving and always happens on the third Wednesday in May which is Bike Month. Wednesday about 40 cyclists participated in a local Ride of Silence in Storrs.
