Historic Royal Clarence Hotel in Exeter gutted by fire could be rebuilt as 23 luxury apartments

The Grade II listed Royal Clarence Hotel in Exeter, Devon - which dates back to 1769 - was totally gutted in a major blaze in 2016. Plans hope to replace it with 23 luxury apartments and a restaurant and bar.
