Villagers rally for the Moulton, Moulton Chapel and Moulton Seas End Big Spring Clean Up | Updated: 09:24, 05 March 2021 Record numbers of litter pickers joined together to clean up three villages, finding some interesting items along the way. The Big Spring Clean Up, organised by Coun Andrew Woolf, took place in Moulton, Moulton Chapel and Moulton Seas End on Saturday morning, with villagers of all ages taking part in the Covid safe event. The Wombles of Spalding Common get boost from South Holland District Councillors Published: 16:00, 28 February 2021 A 2,000-strong group of residents determined to keep the streets of Spalding clean have been given a boost. The Wombles of Spalding Common, who have been litter picking in the town since the start of the year, have been delighted by donations of equipment and funds, enabling them to carry out their hard work. Amongst the donations received, was £1,000 from South Holland District Councillors Manzur Hasan, Angela Newton, Rob Gibson and Anthony Cronin, who have been impressed by the groupâs work.
