I wanted to state for everyones information that the department will present its case first and the appellant, each side has seven minutes to present their case. Improvements, and that might be transit priority on the Treasure Island itself. The bay bridge is a very difficult, obvious, issue, because we dont control that. We have to work with caltrans.
