The pandemic associated with Covid-19 has significantly disrupted daily life in virtually every country over the past few months. As the number of reported cases in the United States has increased, Congress has passed an emergency appropriations bill, and the House has passed a bill providing tax relief for paid leave as well as additional resources for social programs aimed at alleviating the spread of the disease and any economic consequences of the epidemic.
