Bobby Ray Wortman, 87, of Stuttgart passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2021, at Springhill Baptist in North Little Rock. Bob was born Jan. 27, 1934, in Stuttgart, Arkansas, the third child of William H. and Annis Wortman. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Kay, a sister Donna Watts, sister-in-law, Geneva Wortman, brothers-in-law Eugene Schroder, Harry Craig, T.C.
