Yellow Corporation is reportedly “shutting down its regular operations” and filing for bankruptcy. The company maintains a large operational presence in Johnson County.
“Everybody was shocked,” said a Kansas City-area man who was told he was Yellow Corp.’s longest serving employee before the company shut down. “A lot of people are out of work now.”
