Here not too far away but they are keeping us back because i got a word from one of the officers that the man has a gun and they were negotiating with him and they want to keep people safe. They have cleared this street and this gas station near by. They have a light on the car and you can see it from here and just in the past hour we got an update from one of the police. They came to the area because they had located the suspects vehicle. They dont know who owned the car he is in now and they believe that the suspect and victim knew each other.
