Bridgerton s Phoebe Dynevor has revealed that she skipped the sex scenes while watching Netflix s steamy period drama with her mother, Corrie star Sally Dynevor.
The 24-year-old actress plays protagonist Daphne Bridgerton in the hit show set in Regency London in the 18th Century, who falls for the charms of the dashing Duke of Hastings, played by Regé-Jean Page.
Phoebe admitted that it was quite tense sitting down to watch the show with her mother, who has played the legendary Sally Webster in
Coronation Street since 1986
, and that she had to keep hold of the control to fast forward through the more raunchy moments.

Death in Paradise season 10 launches on Thursday 7th January on BBC One, with Ralf Little back as DI Neville Parker, settling into life on the picturesque Caribbean island of Saint Marie.
The BBC has celebrated its anticipated return by confirming that the show has been commissioned for two more seasons, and fans can look forward to series 11 and 12 featuring cast regulars and new faces alike descend[ing] on Saint Marie to investigate complex crimes. We are hugely proud of series ten and delighted we ll be heading back to Saint Marie to continue the story, writer Tim Key wrote.
