The Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission has ordered the transfer of regulatory oversight of the electricity market in Enugu State
The Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) has formally transferred the regulatory oversight of the Enugu State electricity market to the Enugu State Electricity Regulatory Commission, (ESERC) effective May 1, 2024. This followed the Enugu State Electricity Law signed by Governor Peter Mbah and the recent constitution of the Enugu State Electricity Regulatory Commission.
