Capitol complex was placed on lock down this afternoon after shots were fired at the Visitors Center. Capitol police say a man drew his weapon at a security checkpoint and then was shot by police. He was arrested and taken to a hospital. A female bystander was also injured by shrapnel. Police say this incident was the not, terror related, and the capitol complex was on lock down for about an hour.
