People who were involved. Authorities are telling us they do not yet have an arrest. Two suspects in a Mountain View Home Invasion case made their First Court Appearance today. This involved a landlord accused of trying to use force to evict her tenants. A judge said ringleader identified as is at risk to public safety. Her bail was set at more than 75,000. Her friend Stephen Carling of san jose is accused of using a knife to try to pry open the front door. He is also being considered a risk to the community.
