Students in grades 612 and students may work alone or in groups of up to three. Contestants are asked to produce a 57 minute video documentary supporting their chosen topic and to include some cspan programming. That 100,000 in cash prizes will go to 150 students and the 53 teachers, and the grand prize winner with the best overall entry will win 5,000.
