Governor to skip Kentucky's Fancy Farm picnic
FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) — Democratic Gov. Andy Beshear will skip next month’s Fancy Farm picnic — where prominent Kentucky politicians grill one another in the sweltering heat before heckling partisan crowds.
