One of Buckingham s newlly elected councillors on the unitary Buckinghamshire Council is a PhD student at the University of Buckingham.
Adekunke (Ade) Osibogun is a lawyer who is studying for a PhD in Constitutional Law at the university, where he obtained his law degree.
The former Student Union president, who lives with his family in Buckingham, was elected for the Buckingham East ward, along with councillors Warren Whyte and Howard Mordue.
