North Slope Subsistence Regional Advisory Council to hold teleconference February 11th |   The North Slope Subsistence Regional Advisory Council will meet Feb. 22-23 via teleconference. The meeting will convene at 9 a.m. daily. The Council will develop proposals to change federal subsistence hunting and trapping regulations and discuss other issues related to subsistence in the North Slope Region.
