Sea bass fishing is great over local wrecks, fluke fishing is excellent in the bays and bluefish mix in with stripers around bridges from Great Egg Harbor Bay to Absecon Bay.

Fluke fishing has been challenging in the back bays and better in the surf, stripers take plugs and chunks on the beach, and weakfish make a strong showing near the jetties.

The black sea bass bite has been hot, weakfish and fluke bite well in the back bays, and stripers and bluefish hit poppers and minnow plugs around the inlets.
