a lot of sense. but it won't make a difference about whether i get in or not. >> let's frame the debate to hear on 2016 with msnbc contributor james piteterson and hogan. thank you for being with us. >> hogan, how much jeb bush has changed things for the republican field. >> i think it's at this point during the race which there isn't one at this time it's less about what jeb bush can make happen and more about what he can keep from happening. and that he can keep the bung ler, keep the money folks, the donors on the sideline. if he's going to get in, he changes the game as it relates to raising money. you have to raise a ton of money. you have to raise it quickly. the bush name allows him to do that. the friends he has in the financial world make it easier for him as opposed to the other candidates. this announcement these moves he's making they're very important to the actual rest of the field of what they decide.
