Marcelin, 83, is facing murder charges once again, this time for killing Susan Leyden, whose headless and limbless torso was discovered on a Brooklyn street on March 3, cops said.
“You have to be careful about Chinese food because you never know what you’re going to be eating,” said 83-year-old Harvey Marcelin to a detective investigating her case on March 14. “You may be eating the victim.”
“The last 12 years were a struggle for her. She had untreated mental illness that presented strongly in her 50s and it contributed to so much pain and suffering,” daughter Nicole Haymo said during her eulogy at Leyden’s New Jersey funeral Sunday.
