Jose grabbed a fire hose and put t the flames. Urhis surveillance camera caught something interesting, at arsonists mistake. His clothes caught on fire. I saw him patting it off. That Surveillance Video is now in the hands of police. It tells us one clue about the man. Hes not too bright because he has no experience, believe me. Reporter albert is laughing, but he knows if jose hadnt been there to put out the fire, the arsonist could have killed all the birds inside and the People Living in apartnts upstairs.
