21-year-old Dutch student shot by armed robbers during carjacking in South Africa
A 21-year-old Dutch woman was brutally assaulted along with a British and an American student on their way to South Africa's Kruger National Park, the South African news site SAPeople and the British newspaper The Sun reported. The carjacking was so brutal that police are classifying the case as "attempted murder." The incident occurred on June 30, but details have only now emerged.
