United States-based AquaGoat Finance is chipping in to help Friends of Sea Turtles Education & Research (Foster) in its annual community clean-up of the state s east coast Libaran shoreline, the focus of turtle conservation efforts since 2004. Foster president Alexander Yee said other sponsors for the beach clean-up programme included government agencies. The Covid-19 pandemic has seen a sharp drop in contributions from Foster s traditional source of tourism-based companies, he said on Sunday (July 25).
