Inmates train rescue dogs for adoption at this Ontario County NY jail
HOPEWELL, NY — Dogs are not new to Talon Robb, who had two German shepherds when he was growing up in Battle Creek, Michigan. Now incarcerated in the Ontario County Jail, Robb is paired with Nova, a shelter dog in need of a home. Nova is learning to sit, stay, walk on a leash and all those behaviors that will make her an ideal pet.
