I can tell you a few minutes ago, the platform was crowded with people looking for the strained, even more people upstairs at the station. It has been a frustrating day. Mbta workers have to shout over the massive crowd jamming the station tonight as frustrated home. This is a disgrace. People are screaming. There are no cops. This is disgusting and disgraceful. It is total chaos. I don t see any emergency personnel. John hundreds of people are funneling into the Back Bay Station as a rescheduled starting point for dozens of rushhour commuter trains.
