What are they talking about? when it first came out, i had spoke with some of my colleagues, and we were surprised and unfortunately disappointed to hear that language was coming from the florida department of education via the governor. we were excited to years ago when the college board took on this great task of creating african american studies ap curriculum. i have a five year old daughter and was excited that 12 years from now that she would have the opportunity to take the african american studies ap course credit. so we are very disappointed and shocked that at this point, it would be blocked. just to be clear, there are all sorts of people in this country excited but crt, critical race theory and how it s being taught to little children that is not true. ....
